I like the various setting options. It is easy to use. I like that both are front loading and glass front that you can see through. My previous stackable had a top loading washer which made it difficult to reach in because it was on a slant. Sometimes the washer has a little water that lingers after the wash. I make sure I leave the door open (there is a kickstand type piece to prevent it from closing) or just wipe it dry.

Really like the middle controls. This washer dryer unit works well in tight spaces. However, the connections on the back and exhaust could be engineered a little better to make even more space on the back of the unit. This is one of the few units with reversible doors, which was an important feature to fit in our laundry space.

Install poor. Reattach my old vent with holes. See picture. Display already acting up and tower is new. See picture. Washing machine is extremely loud. And dryer does not dry properly. It takes forever over 60 minutes for things to dry even a light load. The 15 minute fast dry doesn™€™t work at all! Disappointing™€¦maybe sold a tower that is defected™€¦ Not properly working. But, the shell looks good.

Washer: Works as expected. Uses much less water than I thought it would. Didn't seem to even wet my color catcher sheet. Clothes were wet at the end and smelled clean. One star off for rather intense shimmy during spin cycle.Dryer: Works as expected. Lint filter seems to work well but takes a little effort to empty. Dry time is rather long compared to my previous dryer, but it's doing what I need.Quality: This seems to be well built. I cannot address longevity as I've just started using it.Would reccommend.

Unlike other washer and dryer I previously owned, this washer/dryer combo from Electrolux has many features that I really like. Below are the pros and cons.PROS:1. A Space Saver. I gained about 37 inches horizontally so that I was able to place a cabinat next to it.2.Quiet and fast. I was surprised to learn that, with this unit, it only takes a few minutes to finish the job, not hour like other brand I used to have. The reason, based on my observation, is that because the washer does a very good job in removing excess water from the laundry; therefore, it can be dried out quickly. In addition, both, the dryer and washer operate very quietly.3. Using very little water. I hardy see any water trough the glass door of the washer during the washing cycle.CONS:1. I was disappointed that it doesn't clean my laundry very well, especially the white ones, event if I used the maximum amount of clorox allowed.2. There is a gap between the washer glass door and the laundry. Some small piece, such as sock, might get caught in the gap during the whole washing cycle.3. Very heavy (because it is a washer/ dryer combo). It is impossible to move it by myself, if I need to get behind it. The water taps, the electrical outlet and the water drain are all behind it.Overall, I like it and I would buy it again the next time if I need a new unit.

I am a huge fan of this washer/ dryer unit. It has so many convenient settings. It is quiet enough as we do have it on the same floor as the bedrooms . It was important to have a unit with settings in the middle so that children may reach it as they grow . The tower is a real space saver and washes and dries clothes well. We have had several leaks from the washer, first the installers neglected to put the drain hose in the drain so we had that was a major leak spilling out onto hardwood floors. Then apparently the seal was not properly in place from the factory and caused other smaller leaks. Am pleased with the unit in general, but disappointed in the quality control from the manufacturer

We purchased this washer/dryer combo in April 2024 and were initially pleased with its performance. For the first several months, it operated efficiently and met our laundry needs quite well. However, after about nine months, we began to experience some issues.The dryer started taking longer than expected to dry even small loads, despite trying various settings. Since the unit was still covered under warranty, we reached out for service. Over the course of three months, technicians visited our home three times. While we appreciated their efforts and noticed some minor improvements, the overall performance remained inconsistent, leading us to adapt rather than pursue additional repairs.To safeguard our investment, we opted for an extended warranty, which we are glad we chose. Unfortunately, last Sunday the washer completely ceased operation, accompanied by a burnt-motor smell in the laundry room. Upon contacting customer service the following day, we learned that no service agents were available in our area, but we were assured that someone would reach out within 3 business days. They also indicated that, should we not receive updates, they would begin processing a full replacement based on the error code (E35) and our previous issues.Regrettably, we did not receive any calls, so we followed up again today. Fortunately, they are now arranging a replacement for us, which we expect to receive within 7-10 days. We anticipate it will be the same model and sincerely hope to avoid any recurring issues.Overall, while the washer/dryer combo's initial performance was commendable, the subsequent challenges have been somewhat frustrating. We are grateful for the service team's dedication, but the unit's reliability still has room for improvement. We remain hopeful that the replacement unit will fare better. I am assigning 3 stars instead of 2 to acknowledge the customer service efforts, as I believe they are worth highlighting.

Our other, much larger Samsung washer and dryer seem to take at least twice as long to do the same load of laundry. Very pleased with this washer and dryer combo!
