Very nice appearance. Looks good with our existing cherry cabinets. Seems well-built. Much quieter than ours old refrigerator. Smudge resistant stainless is as good as advertised.

Despite the first one delivered the ice/water dispenser did not work, we believe the circuit was not plugged in and a small dent on the right door. The second refrigerator was delivered within the week and the workers had us plug it in to showed that the ice/water mechanism worked. Love the lighting features it has, dim lights when opening door, and then the lighting gets brighter. Love the ice/water dispenser as that was a deciding factor when purchasing this refrigerator. The larger and taller area to place a tall glass or tall Yeti to fill with ice/water.

We had a very old fridge where the drawers were broken and anything pushed to the back of it froze. This new fridge has been amazing. We are very happy with it. The ice maker stopped working about 2 weeks in and didn™™t work for a couple of weeks and then started up again. Unsure what happened so keeping an eye on that but otherwise really happy with the purchase.

We purchased the Frigidaire kitchen package 22 years ago and did not have any issues. Most products do not have a long life span these days. We are remodeling our kitchen and wanted new appliances. We knew we were ordering from Frigidaire again. There appliances are tried and true!

I finally needed to replace my 2007 Professional version of this same fridge. I wasn™™t even going to consider a different brand after getting 18 years from the last fridge. There are two things I would change, 2 items I would improve on and 1 I absolutely LOVE. The top shelf height is so low that it barely leaves room for items on the lower shelves. We end up stacking leftover containers a foot high on the top shelf. The meat and cheese drawer is low and we need to bend over to get in there. I guess it had kids in mind, but we don™™t have little kids. The door handles are a weird texture. It kind of creeps me out but I have gotten used to it. They aren™™t smooth. The door shelves need a little more room. I guess it looks like all we do is eat sauce. Ha! I do LOVE the extra light on the side middle. That really brightens things up. Overall I am happy with this.

DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!! I did extensive research on the brands and features I wanted in a refrigerator. This model worked for most of my needs so we bought it. Upon arriving at home after picking it up, I noticed the water line was busted. I was sent a replacement. I installed the fridge on a Tuesday evening. Left it empty, but on, until Thursday morning/afternoon. The temperature was right around where it needed to be. My wife moved all our food to the fridge after checking the temperature. By the evening, all our food had to be thrown out because the refrigerator wouldn't keep the temperature at the right level. The freezer never got below 10. Frigidaire was called to see if they would make it right. They were unwilling to do anything and took talking to 5 customer service reps before the last one would transfer me to a supervisor without arguing with me. They were only able to give me $50, which covered maybe 1/4 of the lose. Not sure what companies expect us to do. A brand new refrigerator, that was given 24 hours to regulate it's temperature. Seemed to work and then ruined all my food. I have had this brand in the past, and will never buy from them again!

I have a new refrigerator replacing my 20 year old Frigidaire but my only complaint would be that I feel like I dont have as much storage in the refrigerator as I had in the old one. The deli drawer is a nice addition but I feel it took valuable storage room. Also I miss the Pizza storage room I had in the old freezer part.

I am hoping this refrigerator will serve me for a long time. It took 4 refrigerators to get one that worked. It makes a click sound periodically. Hope the noise is the ice maker but we don't have it hooked up yet.

I am still getting used to my new Frigidaire Gallery. Your new Frigidaire Professional has handles that would not go with my kitchen decor...so disappointed.

I had originally purchased this fridge in the counter size. The delivery team was great and said I needed a standard size. I was originally worried about not enough space but understood why. I called what my options would be and the team made it super easy for me to return that fridge and order new standard size - same fridge! It had a lot of great space. My only negative feedback is within the first week a red icon popped up saying power outage on the fridge. I was confused because the fridge was cold and didn™™t seem to be a power outage. The fridge kept beeping. I read manual that said to unplug for 5 min. It still didn™™t work. I pressed the chill button and it went away. Hope that doesn™™t happen again but overall I am happy with the purchase.

Do Not Purchase. The ice maker failed once under warranty and Frigidaire replaced it. Now out of warranty and not producing ice. Furthermore, the water filter is stuck and we cannot remove it to replace it with the very expensive replacements. The fridge drawers have broken and were fixed under warranty once. Now out of warranty and still having issues. Customer support is unable to help; they will only send someone out for $100 or a guaranteed fix for > $200. That's about 20% what we paid. Disappointing and poor value.

This fridge is spacious and has enough room for organizing food in separate drawers. It keeps my food really cool,and my veggies and fruit crisp. The freezer is also pretty spacious for a side by side. The ice maker is amazing. Works well. I love the features this refrigerator has.

We have had our Frigidaire a little over a year and at least 4 things have broken. The little wheels on the drawers have broken off, and now we can't get the water filter out no matter what we do. Also the ice maker has already broken once, and now it makes a great big ball of ice that I have to throw out every couple of weeks or so.

Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase. The fridge is easy to set up and has kept everything cold and frozen thus far. The extra drawers are a nice touch that we didn't know we needed but find ourselves using a lot. It creates and holds a lot of ice with the smaller cubes, which is nice. The only surprise to us was that the freezer is a bit small compared to our last fridge. It makes up for it in fridge size, but if you are someone who has a ton of stuff that goes into the freezer, this might not be the model for you.

I really love my new Frigidaire refrigerator. It™™s similar to my other one from 2017. It finally went out and repairing it would cost too much. That ice maker would spew ice everywhere and get caught coming out of the chute. They corrected it by making the ice smaller and separate so there is no issue with it and the bin is large and takes up less room. It stays full of ice, so I don™™t have to worry about it running out. The ice dispenser part is also nicer. This refrigerator is really quiet! The only sound is when it drops ice or is refilling with water. So much better than my other Frigidaire that made all kind of weird noises. I also love the lighting inside. It™™s so bright in the refrigerator and freezer. I love the shelves in the freezer and the deli drawer and produce drawers. I love the fact that it beeps when you leave the door open for 5 min. I also like the chill and freeze boost for getting things cold quick. The cold drink timer is also cool for when you want a warm drink to chill fast. Lastly, it™™s large enough to hold most of what I place inside it. I purchased this refrigerator from Nebraska Furniture Mart and I love the fact that they give you 30 days to decide on whether it works for you. Other stores give you just 48 hours to decide. I™™m very happy with this model of refrigerator in the silver stainless steel.
